Newbies

So the newbies have arrived!!!! Today was their first day of orientation, and they had a meet and greet for them this evening. It's so great to see them sooooo excited. I can remeber this time last year as if it was yesterday. Here are the things I wish I knew. Have a ton of fun this week b/c it will be the last few days of carefreeness for a while. I would have worried less about my schedule. You have to do everything anyway and it will be ok. No need to worry you're not really ever alone. You've got at least 2 layer above you and no-one ever really blames the intern for things that goes wrong.
