Burnout

So I haven't blogged in quite a while. I think this demotivator is the exact reason why. July 1st came I became a 2nd year and what can I say...2nd year kinda sucks. I'm not sure I like being

responsible for other people. I like going to work getting my job done and not having to worry about if other grown folks do theirs. Not that I mind helping. It's just I offer advice you can take it or leave it. If you leave I don't want to be responsible for that decision. This is not the case as a senior resident. Add in fellowship application drama, front loaded schedule, changes for the new year, COPP kickoff, trying to be my over achieving self ay yay yay caramba. Ugh.
