So I feel very compelled to let all of you who have kids know follow your pediatricians advice on bedding your babies. Don't let your baby sleep in bed with you. Don't put your baby on a soft mattress for a nap. Don't put lots of fluffy stuffed animals and blankets in the crib. We tell you these things you ignore us. B/c you've done it with other children, your parents did it etc.
Well I have 3 patients in the ICU b/c their parents did those things I mentioned above and all of them really regret it and wish they'd listened.
